By accessing or using CuraSuite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. DEFINITIONS
- “Platform”: CuraSuite SaaS application
- “User”: Doctor, clinic, hospital, or authorized staff
- “Services”: Software access, support, integrations, and related services
- “Patient Data”: Any personal or medical information entered into the platform
3. ELIGIBILITY
You may use CuraSuite only if:
- You are legally capable of entering into a contract
- You are a licensed medical professional or authorized entity
- You comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By:
- Registering
- Accessing the platform
- Using any feature

5. SERVICES PROVIDED
CuraSuite provides:

- Communication tools (SMS/WhatsApp/email integrations)

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Obtain patient consent before storing or processing data
You must NOT:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer or copy the software
7. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Your use of CuraSuite is subject to:
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Key Points:
• You are the Data Controller
• We act as Data Processor
• You are responsible for obtaining patient consent

8. DATA OWNERSHIP
- All Patient Data belongs to the User (Client)
- We do not sell or misuse your data
Upon termination:
- Data export available for limited time
- Data may be deleted thereafter
9. FEES & PAYMENTS
- Subscription fees are defined in your plan
- Payments must be made on time
Failure to pay may result in:
- Suspension
- Termination
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Update features
- Modify services
11. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
CuraSuite may integrate with:
- Payment gateways
- Messaging services (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS)
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party failures
- External service disruptions
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- CuraSuite is owned by PhoneixRise Interactive Pvt. Ltd.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license
You may NOT:
- Copy
- Resell
- Modify the platform
13. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to:

- Not disclose confidential data
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are NOT liable for:
• Medical decisions made using the platform
• Data errors entered by users
• Indirect or consequential damages
15. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify the Company against:
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of laws
- Unauthorized data processing
16. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Payment is not made
- Illegal activity is detected
You may terminate your account at any time.
17. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
- Data retained during active subscription
- Deleted after termination (as per policy)
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by:
Information Technology Act, 2000
Jurisdiction: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- First: Mutual discussion
- Then: Arbitration under Indian law
20. CHANGES TO TERMS
