1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (βPolicyβ) governs payments made for CuraSuite, a healthcare SaaS platform owned and operated by:
PhoneixRise Interactive Pvt. Ltd.
(βCompanyβ, βweβ, βourβ, or βusβ)
π By subscribing to CuraSuite, you agree to this Policy.
2. NATURE OF SERVICE
CuraSuite is a digital SaaS product providing:
- Clinic/Hospital management software
- Appointment scheduling
- Billing and reporting tools
π Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and conditional
3. NO REFUND POLICY (STANDARD RULE)
All payments made for:
- Subscription plans
- Setup / onboarding fees
- Custom development
π Are non-refundable
4. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES (EXCEPTIONS)
Refunds may be considered only if:
4.1 Duplicate Payment
Same transaction charged multiple times
4.2 Technical Failure
Service not activated within 7 working days of payment
Due to fault from Company side
4.3 Incorrect Billing
Wrong plan or amount charged
π In such cases, refunds will be processed after verification.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of service
- Lack of usage
- Client-side technical issues
- Misunderstanding of features
- Delay caused by incomplete client onboarding
- Termination due to violation of Terms
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 Subscription Cancellation
- Clients may cancel anytime by written request
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of billing cycle
π No prorated refunds will be provided
6.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions may auto-renew
- Clients must cancel before renewal date
7. REFUND PROCESS
If eligible:
- Refund request must be raised within 7 days of payment
- Email: billing@curasuite.in
- Processing Time: 7β14 working days
- Mode: Original payment method or bank transfer
8. DATA & SERVICE AFTER CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation:
- Access may be restricted
- Data retention as per Privacy Policy
- Data export available (if requested)
9. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a chargeback or dispute is raised:
- Account may be suspended
- Services may be terminated
10. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.
